Hi Deidre,

We would like to thank you and your staff for making our wedding day such a memorable event. I was blown away by the
decor. Even though I saw pictures of the flowers and the vases you had, it was so much more beautiful to see it in person. We
knew you would be helping us but we are appreciative of the care you also extended to our guest. I got everything I wanted,
beautiful reception decor and a fun party. I am so glad I listened to you and hired the DJ, you two made quite a team. You did
a great job as MC. Please thank your brother in law, Anika, "Photographer and the DJ again, and many thanks to you for
arranging it. Thanks for all the little extra surprises like the bubbles and picture coasters, they were so cute. I loved the table
you had with the place card and mini wedding dress. My guests kept saying for the rest of the day how nice the place, you,
and your staff were.

So once again, many thanks, God bless, and enjoy the rest of your summer.

Deidre (The Best Wedding Planner in the World),

Words cannot express my gratitude. You have been more than a wedding planner...you were an angel. Our guests are still
calling us telling us that they attended the best wedding ever! That is such a wonderful thing to hear, especially when you put
so much money and time and let us not forget tears into the planning process. Upon our return from our honeymoon I told
Gavin that I had a bitter sweet feeling...I am happy that we had the wedding of our dreams but sad that we can't live it all over
again. On the Thursday before the wedding what could have been a disaster was fixed immediately with your help. I know that
if all else failed you would have conducted the ceremony. I am in the process of writing a more formal letter of thanks to send
to you via mail but I could not get the computer fast enough to say THANK YOU! Deidre, you were more than a wedding
planner...you were a friend. Unfortunately, my mother was not here to help with flushing out ideas and to perform "mother of
the bride" duties during the planning process but in her absence I was blessed to have you go above and beyond your call of

Deidre and the API team truly made my wedding a "positive image in my memory." I met Deidre in January 2007 to plan a July
wedding. Everyone said that it would be impossible to plan a wedding in 6 months and that I was behind the 8-ball in planning,
but Deidre was a pro and had it all under control. I have a very demanding and time consuming job so having Deidre by my
side to take care of the "little things" was so helpful. My wedding went off without a hitch and I have Deidre and her team to

professionalism and eye for creativity. If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely select API to plan my special day!

I was a 7-7-07 bride and from the very beginning of my planning I fell in love with Mrs. Gray. Her company is run with much
professionalism and class that it made my wedding a class act. Always A Positive Image made my wedding a class act. It was
more than my guests could have ever imagined it would be. There was not a dull moment at all.
I would recommend this company to any and everyone who I know and even those I don't.   I was beyond pleased. I guess
ELATED!!!!!!! would be the correct phrase.

The API team was excellent. I was referred to them when my original wedding planner stole $4000.00 from me and was no
where to be found weeks away from my wedding so I was very desperate. Deidre and her team stepped right in and took
control and did everything possible to make me feel calm and secure they also did everything possible to help me with
everything I needed as well as plan a beautiful wedding on such a small budget which we were now working with because of
what happened to us. I didn't know how we were going to recover all of the things that we were missing but API was a one stop
shop and we were able to get everything we needed through them. Working with Deidre and the API team was such a heart
warming experience; they became family to us in such a short period of time and we still keep in touch. API will always hold a
special place in our hearts.
