• Design and prepare programs or assist with preparation of program format;
• Assist with referrals for vendors (photographers, transportation, caterers, bakers, disc jockey
• Assist with preparing a database to manage guest list;
• Prepare and coordinate the entire event;
• Assist with selection of favors, menu, etc.;
• Assist with selection of accommodations for out of town guests;
• Serve as hostess and mistress of ceremonies (if needed);
